General Terms and Conditions Elite Sport Goalies

Article 1 – Definitions

1.1 In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• “BRUWAG”: the company registered under enterprise number BE1005127955 located at Reigerlaan 4, 3620 Veldwezelt, Belgium.
• “Consumer”: the natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business and entering into an agreement with Elite Sport Goalies.
• “Products”: the goalkeeper gloves of the Elite Sport GK brand offered by Elite Sport Goalies and Pure2Improve products.

Article 2 – Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Elite Sport Goalies and to every agreement concluded between Elite Sport Goalies and the consumer.

Article 3 – Order and Agreement

3.1 An agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order through the Elite Sport Goalies website, and Elite Sport Goalies confirms this order.

3.2 Elite Sport Goalies reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions on the agreement.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

4.1 The prices of the products are stated on the Elite Sport Goalies website and include VAT.

4.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods indicated on the website.

Article 5 – Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Elite Sport Goalies will execute accepted orders as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5.2 In case of delivery delay or the impossibility of executing an order, the consumer will be notified within 30 days.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

6.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the products.

6.2 Return shipments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by Elite Sport Goalies. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Article 7 – Warranty

7.1 Elite Sport Goalies ensures the conformity and quality of the delivered products.

7.2 No warranty is provided for the latex/foam of goalkeeper gloves.

7.3 Warranty claims are not valid for specific situations such as stitching issues on the palm of the hand, damage caused intentionally, unskilled use, or normal wear and tear.

Article 8 – Complaints Procedure

8.1 Complaints about products or the execution of the agreement must be reported to Elite Sport Goalies in writing as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after discovery.

8.2 Elite Sport Goalies will handle complaints as promptly as possible.

Article 9 – Disputes

9.1 Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions and agreements between Elite Sport Goalies and the consumer.

9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent Belgian courts.
